How to remove our access to your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, delete what we received from Meta, and check a deletion request.

What is deleted
When you remove Shubh Sales AI in Facebook, or ask for your data to be deleted, we automatically delete what we received from Meta about you:
- the access tokens you granted, and your Facebook app-scoped user ID;
- the Facebook Page, ad account and WhatsApp Business connections made with your login, and the Page and account details read with it;
- any unfinished connection sessions.
Leads and WhatsApp conversations already filed in a company’s account belong to that company. It can export or erase everything held about one person from inside the Service. Raw Lead Ads payloads received from Meta are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Option 1: remove the app in Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Shubh Sales AI and choose Remove. Meta tells us at once, and we delete your tokens and connections.
- To get a confirmation code, use the option there to send a deletion request, then check the code above.
Option 2: disconnect inside Shubh Sales AI
- Sign in as an administrator and open Settings → Integrations.
- Under Meta Lead Ads, choose Disconnect for each Page. Under WhatsApp, choose Disconnect.
- We stop receiving data from that account at once and delete the stored tokens.
Option 3: email us
Write to synilogicitsolution@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email on your account or with the name of your Facebook Page. We confirm within 30 days. To close a whole company account and erase all of its data, an administrator can close the account from the panel.
